It’s nice that you mentioned how waking up in the middle of the night not being able to get sleep is not so uncommon among those with anxiety. I’ve been quite stressed from work as of late and I think I started showing some signs of anxiety because of it. I don’t want this to affect me any further so I should probably get an anxiety treatment.
